These terms cover your use of pamspools.com. They are not your service agreement — the terms of any pool service we perform for you are set out separately when we quote and begin work.
This site describes the pool services Pam's Pools offers in the Birmingham metro area and lets you ask us for a quote. It is provided for information; nothing on it is a binding offer to perform work at a stated price.
Submitting the quote form starts a conversation. It does not create a service agreement and does not reserve a place on a service route.
We inspect a pool before quoting it. Service availability depends on your address and our current weekly routes, and a quote may be declined or revised after we see the pool and its equipment.
Please give us accurate contact details so we can reach you. Only upload photos you have the right to share, and please do not include other people in them.
Do not use the form to send anything unlawful, abusive, or malicious. We may decline to respond to, and may delete, submissions that do it anyway.
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but service descriptions, coverage areas, and availability can change without notice. Photographs on this site are illustrative and are not photographs of a specific customer's pool or of work performed for a specific customer.
We service and maintain many Hayward heaters and filtration systems, and we rebuild Polaris pool cleaners. Brand names appear on this site only to identify the equipment we work on.

Pam's Pools is an independent service company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an authorized dealer or warranty provider for any equipment manufacturer unless we have told you so in writing.
This site links to a separate customer portal and may link to other outside sites. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of sites we do not operate.
The text, photographs, logo, and design of this site belong to Pam's Pools or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
This site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of this site. Nothing here limits any obligation we owe you under a service agreement or under Alabama law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
