Pam's Pools is a local pool service company in the Birmingham, Alabama area. This policy explains what we collect through pamspools.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this deliberately short because we collect very little.
We only collect what you type into the quote request form on this site. That is:
We use your contact details to reply to your request, arrange a visit, and give you a quote. If you become a customer, we use them to schedule and discuss your service.
Photos you attach are used to understand your pool before we visit. We do not publish them, use them in advertising, or show them to anyone outside Pam's Pools without asking you first.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send marketing email to people who have only asked for a quote. This site does not run advertising, and it does not use analytics or third-party tracking scripts.
The public pages of this site do not set cookies and do not track you between visits. The private administration area used by Pam's Pools staff sets a session cookie so staff can stay signed in; that area is not part of the public site.
Quote requests and any attached photos are stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States, and a copy of each request is emailed to Pam's Pools so we see it promptly. Access is limited to Pam's Pools staff.
We keep quote requests for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up or to serve you as a customer. If you ask us to delete your request, we will delete it and any photos attached to it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us through the request form at pamspools.com/quote/ and tell us what you would like us to do.
This site is intended for adults arranging pool service for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
